We booked the service for the Fire Alarm and also out home alarm and Oli from the of was amazing, great contact and even reduced the price slightly due to having both down at the same time amazing. Oli turned up and carried the work out with replacing both batteries in the fire alarm and also the house alarm and only charge extra for the batteries which was a really fare price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Oli and his company again and would recommend him to all thanks Oli 👌
I highly recommend Oli for any security or maintenance work. He recently visited to maintain a CCTV system and relocate DVR unit. From the start, Oli was incredibly responsive to messages, making the scheduling process seamless. What impressed me most was his professionalism while working in the home of a vulnerable person. He was patient, respectful, and mindful of the environment, which provided a great deal of peace of mind. The technical work was completed to a high standard, and he ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. A truly reliable and ethical professional.
