Peter came to conduct the extractor fan flow rate test on the two bathroom ventilators and the kitchen extractor fan unit. He was efficient, communicative and even helped to clean-up our units after he took the test. He also explained the noise generated from the kitchen exhaust was perhaps over the limit. He was more like a consultant than engineer

I have used Positive in the past and still currently do and I wanted to give an up to date review. In a world where customer service seems to be diminishing day by day, Positive buck the trend. Their customer service is second to NONE in their field (and I’ve dealt with many trade companies). The workmanship is excellent! They leave the job cleaner than how they found it and lights look great. My only regret is having to wait a little time to be booked in because they are so in demand (sign of a good electrician!).
