“Peter came to conduct the extractor fan flow rate test on the two bathroom ventilators and the kitchen extractor fan unit. He was efficient, communicative and even helped to clean-up our units after he took the test. He also explained the noise generated from the kitchen exhaust was perhaps over the limit. He was more like a consultant than engineer”

Excellent and professional service provided. Very friendly and helpful and arrived as scheduled, resolved the issue and went above and beyond for us to make sure the works were complete and testing was done afterwards to ensure we were happy! Very Pleased
I needed my door number, key safe, a mains light and a couple of other things fitted back on the front of my house. Romeo was efficient and friendly. He did a very good job and explained what he had done, etc. I would use them again if I need them in the future.

Still Fantastic! 'Positive Review'
I have used Positive in the past and I wanted to give an up to date review. In a world where customer service seems to be diminishing day by day, Positive buck the trend. Their customer service is second to NONE in their field (and I’ve dealt with many trade companies). The workmanship is excellent! They leave the job cleaner than how they found it and lights look great. My only regret is having to wait a little time to be booked in because they are so in demand (sign of a good electrician!). Reliable outstanding service
James came to both my mother’s house and mine today to replace the consumer unit and carry out an EICR. Following the test, the office quickly sent me a quote for the additional remedial works that were needed. The price was really fair and we’ve already booked him back in to get the work done. The whole process has been so easy from start to finish. From first getting in touch, to sending over a video on WhatsApp, receiving the quote straight away, and booking the job when it suited us. James actually arrived early (which is rare for a contractor), had a smile on his face, and just got stuck in. I’ve already recommended Positive to my neighbour.

I've used Positive Contractors for a range of electrical, maintenance and plumbing needs for a number of years now and they have always proven to be reliable, hard working and honest. They are always willing to go the extra mile. The engineers complete outstanding work at a fair price and the office staff are lovely to speak with over email and on the phone. The office keep us updated throughout the entire process from instruction to completion. As a property manager, we rely heavily on the contractors we use and i would not hesitate to recommend Positive Contractors to any landlords, tenants, managing agents and estate agents!
