Lance picked up my job request and came within 1 hour or our conversation. He had tried to diagnose and sort out the issue over the phone in case we did not require a call out, which I appreciated. A ceiling light and wall switch were not working properly. He did the job quickly and repaired, replaced bulbs. He turned up with the all the equipment required to complete the job. He even replaced kitchen bulbs my elderly father could not reach. I highly recommend him.
I should have written this some time ago, but too late is better than never. I just want to say that Lance Poulton did some excellent electrical repairs in my house. He arrived early afternoon, assessed what needed to be done, went to get the parts and returned to do the job, and tidied up afterwards. He was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. Highly recommended.
Very quick service!
Lance dealt with electric problems with my front gate and fixed various lighting issues that had accumulated both in the house and garden. He is professional, down to earth, and can deal with issues promptly.

It was the second time Lance has done work for me and again, he completed the job and I was very pleased with his work. I can gladly recommend him.

Great service and extremely punctual and easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The job was completed quickly and without any issues. Would highly recommend!
My kitchen lighting and exterior security lighting had become faulty. Contacted Lance who arranged a prompt visit. He was able to assess all the problems when he called. He explained clearly what was necessary in simple terms I could understand. Then he completed the work on the wiring and switches, and replaced a number of bulbs which were faulty. Lance is very tidy. polite and efficient. Excellent result and very reasonable cost from an experienced tradesman. Highly recommended.
Lance was very quick to respond and find a time to come round to fix a light fixing for us. Would recommend to anyone.
Lance respond to my enquiry very quickly and came to the house the next morning. He was very professional and friendly, explained what was the electrical problem that we had and fixed it. We will definitly recommend his services and will contact him again.
Lance was incredibly patient attempting to find the problem and explained everything he was doing as he went round testing. He was thorough and found what was causing my sockets not to work. He put it right, tidied up and left no mess or disruption. Would definitely recommend him.

Lance was excellent and talked me through every aspect of the job and went the extra mile to make everything work as I specified.
