He was accommodating, finding availability to carry out the work within a few days. On the day, Billy was joined by John and Lee. Despite being unavoidably waylaid by having to deal with a puncture in the rain and needing to travel quite far to pick up some additional materials, they all worked at an impressive pace to get the work done. Given there were three separate jobs to undertake (refixing flashing on a conservatory, repairing the gables and coating/proofing a flat roof), I expected the job to run into two days. However, knowing the rest of the week would be quite wet, they pushed through to make sure the work was completed in one day. I appreciated their honest advice, good humour, diligent and professional work. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them!”

Had posted the job on checkatrade at the weekend, by coincidence the Premier Roofline team were carrying out work on my street and knocked on my door as they had seen the poor state of my guttering. Provided a price and official quote same day (matching/beating the other prices I had been given) and were able to carry out the work the next day. The work has breathed life into the front of the house.

The guys from premier roofline came out to give me a quote for a problem with a leak in my daughters bedroom after several failed attempts from various companies they came out, identified the issue quickly and got it sorted really pleased with the service and thankfully no more leaks can't recommend these guys enough

I cannot fault the service I received from this company. They talked me through what needed doing and why. They encouraged me to get other quotes before making any decision. Once I accepted their quote they organised scaffolding and kept in contact about date for work to be carried out. The team that came to do the work were hard working, polite and professional. I would happily recommend this company and if I need any further work eg my flat roof repairing I will definitely use them.

Very prompt and efficient. Reasonable price
On 04/01/24 I phoned Premier Roofline to ask if they would quote for repair of the roof of a dormer window. From what was said I understood that there was a fair bit of work involved and was quoted £900. The day after I got a quote two vans and four people arrived to do the work, only one of whom actually did the work on the roof. They left after about an hour. I commented that the work involved appeared to be less than I understood was necessary but was informed that more work was actually involved. I could not see how that was the case, but I had agreed to pay £900 for the work. I said we would pay by bank transfer. I would not recommend Premier Roofline again.

Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We initially attended this job to replace a small section of felting, however, upon further inspection of the roof it became apparent that further work would be required. In addition to the felting, we scraped out the gutters, cleared two dormer roofs of moss, repointed ridge tiles, repaired two valley tiles and repaired a gutter joint. The customer was happy on completion of the work, and we followed up with a call the next day, to confirm the work was satisfactory, following a period of rain. I'm very pleased with John and the team and the speed with which the job was reviewed and completed. Fingers crossed it has fixed the issue. I contacted John, via the Checkatrade website, on Wednesday evening and as he was working in my area he came to view the job on Thursday morning and completed it on Friday morning. John advised what he thought the issue was, which included a 2nd issue that another roofing company had not mentioned and which made sense to me given where the water mark on my ceiling was. He was also able to seal the ridge tiles without having to install scaffolding.
