I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We used Premiere Windows on recommendation and we were not disappointed. They not only fitted a great product to our requirements, they came back to swap a hinge around as a favour as it made more sense to open the other way. Their after sales care has been consistently exceptional, they sorted a couple of warranty items without any bother and have helped understand how to get the best of the windows and fittings. I am planning on replacing the front door soon and they have given some great advice on options and pricing but have never tried to upsell or apply any pressure buy at any point. Each time the guys have come they have laid floor coverings all the way through the areas needed, they have shown total respect for my house and avoided mess or disruption as much as possible. It’s no wonder they have such a great reputation locally, They have a great product, great choices and a fabulous service.

Windows were too small excessive sealant used, messy and unsightly, damaged my broadband connection, company unhelpful, Gary Warby walked off premises when faced with a number of complaints, he was not prepared to listen and believes he knows more about my property than my family, causing my son to get annoyed and Gary to walk away like a child,he believed the heated argument between him and my son was threatening. They will not return to correct the disgusting mess around the windows and it was of a good standard of installation.L disagree, they would rather return my deposite and walk away

Very professional installation.
Very happy with the windows and door from Premier. They were understanding and patient with all my questions prior to my order. They delivered on time. Their installers (Paul and Andrew) were very professional, helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us, minimised disruption and left no mess. They installed the windows so well that there was no need to touch up the decoration afterwards. A very professional company and that I would definitely recommend.

New doors have dropped back door wont shut at all called company they say 2 weeks before anyone can come out. Not great for home security. Customer service terrible
French doors installed

Great service since I first used them 12 years ago
Put in our windows 12 years ago. 2 years ago so me naturally needed replacing 2. Very good workers, clean and tidy and know exactly what they are doing. Have used Gary for last 10 years doing lots of different jobs
Always happy with the services they provide. They arrive on time, are neat and tidy, good guys to work with and if there are any hiccups or issues, they will always be happy to sort or rectifiy them promptly. Solely use them and nobody else for windows and doors as never had any issues
