"The work undertaken by Presbon was completed on-time with a minimum of fuss and disruption. It was not a simple operation as there was no water facility available for the upstairs toilet and radiator. However, the new room was built, plastered and facilities plumbed in so that the finished result was better than we could have hoped for. Similarly the implementation of the Toilet, Wash-hand Basin and Bath in the downstairs bathroom could not have been improved upon. Consequently I am delighted to recommend Presbon to future potential customers."

They phoned and made an appointment to call round to give a quote and didn't show up.
