From the initial assessment through to completing the work, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the causes of our issues, offered practical solutions and gave helpful advice tailored to our home/ living arrangements. He worked on two rooms over the course of a week and the workmanship was excellent. He kept everything tidy and took the time to explain what he was doing. If you have any damp concerns contact Dave - 10/10 service."
