Super five star service. Work carried out to fit a new bathroom and shower suite. Charlie arrived on time, and was able to schedule the work to suit us. He worked quickly and efficiently with little mess. He cleared all rubbish and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Very reasonable price. I am really pleased with the outcome, we have a lovely new bathroom fitted.

Priestfield Plumbing - Charlie Allen started my bathroom job on 26th May 2024 after I accepted his emailed quote. - His quote was £4670 - He wanted 25% upfront for 1st fix, 25% after tiling, then 50% at end - he hadn’t finished 1st fix (worth the 25%), then his tiler Sammy said he’s not available for 8 weeks so Charlie decided not to return - he’d been paid for his 1st fix, but I was left w/o bathroom for months & had to find another plumber - he responded to my emails/calls by saying that he was ready to dispute the job as he felt we did not have a binding contract. - very unreliable

Charlie the plumber came today and did a great job getting my new tank fitted with short notice. Great job and service

Charlie is easily one of the best traders/contractors I have used. From the moment he came to quote the work, we knew he would be a pleasure to work with. He completed the work quickly and professionally and it looks amazing. His communicate is great, always a phone call or text message away. I will highly recommend Charlie to anyone who is looking for an amazing plumber and will continue to him for any future work at the property.
