Joe and the lads carried out a removal of two chimney breasts and plastering in our property. They arrived on time early morning and straight away promptly set to work. By the afternoon both chimney breasts were removed. They did not stop and were quick and efficient. Communication throughout was excellent. The work in all took a week including plastering, repairs to ceiling and floor. We were very pleased and impressed by the standard of work they did. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
We found Joe at Prima Construction online and were quickly impressed by his clear communication, professionalism, and practical solutions. His team was punctual, tidy, and great to have on-site, neighbours even praised them. After parting with our architect, Joe took over, handled Building Control, and saw the project through smoothly. The result: a beautiful loft extension completed in under three months, just in time for summer.
We bought a house that was in really bad shape and needed a builder who could bring it up to standard to reach it's potential to be our perfect family home. After a bit of research we selected Prima Construction for this work and we're really pleased that we did. Joe and the lads were brilliant from start to finish; always punctual and hard working; we had good communication when problems cropped up and they were always ready with a solution while trying to keep an eye on budget. They achieved an amazing amount of work in a relatively short time and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe!
