“Charles did a fantastic job and I’m extremely pleased with the service. He came out promptly and carried out a patch repair on the roof to stop the rain getting in. He explained everything clearly and was very honest about the condition of the felt and what might be required in the future if the issue continues. What really stood out was his professionalism and kindness. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently and, as a goodwill gesture, didn’t charge me for the work he did. That level of honesty and customer care is rare and very much appreciated. Charles is reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his customers rather than just make money. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing work and will definitely contact him again if I need anything done in the future.”

He also shared his professional recommendations on the best course of action, which was invaluable. It was so helpful to have his expert opinion guiding the process, not just his labor. His team worked efficiently and quickly, and the final results were perfect. The roof is now fully waterproofed and will stand for the next decades or so thanks to Charles and his team. “I needed repointing of the chimney and the ridges as well as embedding one of the pots back into place. Charles came into assess the chimney and roof and gave me a very reasonable quote. He came well ahead of time on the day and carried out the work quickly, efficiently and to a professional standard. Great communication and overall a smooth process from start to finish. Charles also provided guarantee for his work after the payment was made. Would definitely recommend Prime Home Improvements and Charles for any roof works!!”

The workers arrived on time, the work was carried out with minimum fuss or disruption and all the mess was cleared away when they finished. Most importantly, the roof no longer leaks into the kitchen when it rains. So good job!
