We had an external door that would not lock. The company called us within seconds of our posting the need, and came the next day. The locksmith said that the multipoint lock was more than 15 years old and needed to be replaced, which he did. The price was £319, which included about 1.5 hours labour, several components of the lock and locking mechanism and a call-out charge.
