Pro Tech electrical installed a Rolec electric car charger for me. After some time the charger stopped working. We found out that it is full of water, which also penetrated the charging cable and filled the cables' socket with water. They came to check the issue and when opened the box, the connection with the mains supply cable had melted. I was then told that the Rolect unit is out of guarantee and their company guarantee is only for six months and is out of guarantee too. They refused to replace the unit with no charge despite clearly they did a botched job!

Marcin, Daniel and the team were great to work with. Good communications, really understood what we were looking for and trying to do. I would highly recommend them!

I've just realised that I didn't add a rating for our major rewiring throughout the house. Marcin and the team did an excellent job and we were delighted with their work. Despite the latge amount of work and the need to fit in with other trades, they hit the deadlines both for first and second fix. Would definitely recommend. - and sorry for the delay in recommending!

Marcin and his team did a great job rewiring my house. It is a messy job but they cleaned up best they could every evening before going home. They also did some extra work for me at a good rate. Make sure you mark all positions of sockets and switches clearly on the walls so there is no confusion. The team worked hard all day to get the job done to a good standard, any problems were sorted out after talking to Marcin. (if you do get your house rewired I suggest staying in a hotel!).

Protek were extremely professional and helpful. Our first fix was completed within 3 days and the house was left in spotless condition we did not need to tidy up after them. Marcin is easily contactable and even accommodated speaking to us and visiting the house on weekends. I would recommend their services to anyone really first class.
