Pro Vision fully stripped and refitted a main bathroom for us, replacing all fittings and tiling, and swapping the existing bath for a large shower cubicle. Frankie works with a contact at Easy Bathrooms who was really helpful in showing us options, designing the bathroom based on our choices and providing 3D visualisations of what the end result would look like. Frankie and Lee worked incredibly hard to complete the bathroom in just over a week, while being very patient with the competing demands of myself and my elderly father in law. The end result is stunning and better than I hoped.
Have used Frankie a handful of times for different jobs, had an issue recently with banging pipes and pressure problems. He investigated the problem and found a number of loose pipes and faulty plumbing issues which he was able to remedy and fix to a professional standard.
Extremely professional and did a fantastic job nice people on time and hard working all work done to a very high standard
Excellent service from start to finish. The plumber fixed my toilet cistern promptly, explained the issue clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
I contacted Frankie after discovering I had a large leak but I was unsure where it was coming from. Frankie responded quickly and advised me what to do before his arrival. He attended within an hour, locating and fixing the issue promptly. A friendly worker who was clean and tidy and helped ease the stress. Finding a tradesman you like, who you trust to do the job and not rip you off can be hard, this company will now be my “Go To” for any plumbing works required. Thank you
From start to finish Pro Vision was so professional, they answered all the questions and concerns we had and made us feel at ease, we had only been in our property for 4 weeks when we discovered our bathroom had a leak, on the first day work began we found it had been leaking for years causing a lot of damage, this was a problem that was overcome straight away and put right after 10 days our new bathroom is perfect and we are so happy with it Thanks Frankie & Lee
Frankie and Lee completely gutted my existing shower room; shower, sink, toilet, cupboards, floor and wall tiles. The walls and ceiling were plastered. Plumbing and electrics were also re-done. I have never known tradesmen to start early and finish so late, with no breaks inbetween. I cannot recommend this company enough!. My bathroom was completed within 5 days... which included waiting for the plastered walls to dry. Finishing touches like mastic, is to perfection!. They would not leave until they cleaned every wall tile and floor tile. They also fit kitchens and mine is booked in!
Very satisfied with the work done Frankie rang me as he was running a little late which I appreciated. It was just a small job of sealing around floor coving it was expertly done and looks lovely Would certainly use them again if I needed any work done
The guys who came to carry out the work were great. Cracked on with the work in my bathroom and to a very high standard, very polite and nice people, easy to speak to if you do have any queries, highly reccomend to all.
Highly recommend this company. We are overjoyed and our bathroom renovation. Frankie and Lee are very skilled, efficient, friendly and professional workmen. They arrived at 8am every day and just got on with it, no hassel, no mess and very hard working. They removed our old bath room and fitted a walk in shower, vanity unit, loo and towel rail. The entire bathroom has been retiled and it has been completed to a exceptional standard. We will be using this company for any future property projects. From start to finish Frankie was really professional and helpful. When first meeting with him to discuss what i wanted for my new bathroom, he was very patient and answered all my questions. He was on hand every step of the way, throughout the whole process i felt confident i could contact him about any concerns. I found the process easy. Designing my bathroom, there was so much choice but seeing different style in a showroom really helped. I would highly recommend Frankie's company. He always left my house clean and tidy at the end of each day, communication was great, i love my new bathroom.
Arrived early which was good & completed the work in a timely fashion. Very neat & tidy & too an excellent standard. I will be using Frankie again in the near future
