The team at Proactive Pest Control Ltd were extremely professional, punctual, polite and very respectful of my home. They responded to my call for help immediately and Paul was so understanding and empathetic. Paul and his work colleague, Craig, spent 2 hours carrying out an initial survey to determine how bad the squirrel infestation in our loft space was They recommended that all of the foetid roof insulation should be removed and that on completion of excluding the squirrels from the loft, they would then lay two layers of new insulation They lifted all of the tiles under the soffits and installed sheets of reinforced steel mesh to prevent the squirrels from returning. It’s now been two months since they carried out the work and there has been NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER that the squirrels have managed to gain access. My RING CAMERAS in situ haven’t recorded any incursions either The Proactive Team spent more time than perhaps necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; which of course is to their credit All in all, a very professional & reliable company I should also add that after learning of my wife’s recent cancer diagnosis, they’ve showered her with gifts on every occasion they arrived

I cannot recommend Paul and his Company Highly enough. My Business, a Backpacker's Hostel, is in the "High Risk" Category for bed bugs. It only takes one person to bring a bed bug in. We closed down for two days so that they could do a full treatment in the building. Having used another Pest Control Company earlier in the year,, we noticed a MASSIVE difference in how Paul did his heat treatment against theirs. I wish I had discovered Paul back in March this year instead of December!!! Paul is super knowledgeable, will NOT overcharge, will put an After Care package in place with VERY reasonable rates. He actually just came round to do a FULL Survey follow up and spent 3 hours here checking each and every dorm beds in the rooms. Thank You Paul!

After moving into our house in May, we soon realised we had a serious rat problem in the loft, ceilings and walls. Paul investigated thoroughly and quickly established that the house had been infested for many years. Paul and his team did everything possible to ensure the rats were completely eradicated, explaining that it would be a process of elimination rather than a quick fix. Throughout the seven months, their service was outstanding with constant communication, regular visits, and a clear commitment to getting the job done properly. Paul and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring from start to finish. We always felt informed and supported, and most importantly, the problem has now been resolved. We would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a pest issue.

Proactive pest control was my first port of call and reacted to my problem immediately explaining what was required and cost involved.

I asked Proactive Pest control to survey two properties for bed bugs after I found a very large pest control company very poor and who carried out treatment that that was unnecessary. Paul and James kept me informed as to their arrival. They were very friendly, thorough and incredibly efficient in their inspection. Beds were stripped, bedding examined and the beds were taken apart to examine the bases and the mattresses, every drawer and cupboard was opened and examined for any signs of infestation. Luckily nothing was found and while they would have arranged treatment for our peace of mind their recommendation was to have nothing done so if they do find something you can rely on there really being a problem. We would have no hesitation in calling them in again if we ever had any kind of pest problem. They are the best type of family business with owners and employees all have attended school together and are totally committed to doing a great job. Thoroughly recommended.
