Jess was courtious, professional and efficient. She got in touch as soon as she knew she could help and came within a day of my request. She quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery and resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend her.

called Jess with our problem and she was with us the same day,carried out the work and explained the issues we were experiencing and what was needed to rectify the matter in a way that was easy to understand, can't praise her high enough for her professionalism and friendliness,we now have a mechanic we can happily rely on with confidence
Jessica turned up promptly, she got straight to the job and had it fixed within the hour. polite, courteous and knows her stuff. would definitely use again and will be recommending to friends and family.
