Fantastic work, professional from start to finish.

I was initially pleased that this roofer was willing to look at the problem using a ladder whilst others said it would be impossible without scaffolding. Unfortunately however I was not shown any pictures of the work so I am unsure whether the repair will be effective. Part of the work agreed was to fix a cowl to the chimney. They agreed to call back later to do this but it took a large number of phone calls before it was finally done four months later.

From the moment Les arrived to quote, I was impressed by his professionalism, he went onto the roof to check its condition before quoting, so I knew the quote was accurate and there’d be no nasty surprises once the work started. They turned up on time everyday, were very open with progress, showing me photos as I couldn’t go up and check, and then tidied up every evening. Couldn’t recommend these guys any more, a truly professional outfit.

Would definitely recommend. Very pleased, if I move, will definitely use them again. Very professional, clean and tidy, punctual, and fairly priced. Very pleased.
