Lee came to measure up and was polite and professional, thereafter the experience was absolutely shocking. No communication from the company and they didn’t like being chased for an update, so so difficult to get any updates from anyone other than to be fobbed off with ‘your order is being processed’ - 5 months later no blinds and I have just been told that the order was never placed!!!!!!!! Please don’t waste your time and money using this company, I have just received my deposit back so need to start again with another company.

They came to measure up for conservatory blinds but then their communication completely stopped and I had to keep chasing them up for my quote, each time I spoke to Connie she was rude and dismissive. After 2 weeks I finally received the quote and was completely shocked by the unrealistic price. The week before another well known company had also quoted for ELECTRIC top of the range blinds at £7000, whereas this company quoted £14,000 for MANUAL blinds of a lower quality. Absolute time wasters with shocking communication. Don’t be fooled by previous reviews as now under new management. Avoid
Due to an excellent previous experience, we placed another order with Project Blinds in February 2024. What followed was deeply disappointing. After months of silence, we learned our order was lost in July. Despite promises of 8-9 weeks delivery and a discount offered, we faced continuous delays, ignored communications, and unfulfilled promises of management callbacks. By November–18 weeks later, we demanded and received a refund. Their advertised 6-week lead times seem misleading. The lack of transparency and poor communication throughout was unacceptable, suggesting serious operational issues
