Prokil are superb. Simon is a fantastic lead - the guys working with him have a lot of respect for him and I think that shows a really cohesive and quality approach. From the top down, these guys know their stuff and do a great job. They did a super job of damp proofing a basement and came back to asses what we thought was an issue - but no - it wasn’t - however the guys from Prokil took great care and trouble to check every possible issue - their work in fact was flawless. I had booked Prokil based on all the positive reviews on here but have since realised these are for the damp works they carried out. We had an absolutely disastrous experience with them for woodworm treatment and replacement of damaged flooring. I would avoid them at all costs for this type of work. The initial work was so dreadful that they had to come back another two times in an attempt to fix the works. Woodworm spray was applied to furniture in such a way that it damaged the furniture, while Prokil paid for repairs some damage was irreparable. The work done was half arsed and sloppy.
