“From the moment I spoke to Dai on the phone I was reassured and felt confident our leak would be sorted He suggested ways to reduce water damage until he could get to us . He messaged an hr before he arrived and was early Luckily the problem wasn’t as bad as we first thought Dai fixed it quickly and tidied up after He showed me the problem and what he had done to fix it . We are very happy and the charge was more than worth it. !!!!”
“Dai was super responsive, knowing how trades people are always on the go I suspected I'd be waiting a day or two to get a response but was always coming back to me in good time. Arrived when he said he would and did a great job fitting the new thermostat, cleaned up as well and talked me through the job. Also offered some advice on fixing another issue that effectively means I could do it without needing to call him back for a £5 job I can do myself. BRILLIANT. Will recommend and for sure know who to call in future. Thanks Dai! Mike, John Street”
