"From the moment I spoke to Dai on the phone I was reassured and felt confident our leak would be sorted He suggested ways to reduce water damage until he could get to us . He messaged an hr before he arrived and was early Luckily the problem wasn’t as bad as we first thought Dai fixed it quickly and tidied up after He showed me the problem and what he had done to fix it . Arrived when he said he would and did a great job fitting the new thermostat, cleaned up as well and talked me through the job.
