We were told that the builders would be in two days last week from 8:30-6pm and the job would be done within the two days. Unfortunately, no one turned up on the agreed date and I had to ring to chase them as they had not saved my number. The guys who eventually came (three days later) worked so hard but were not told the extent of the job, so they turned up unprepared. Throughout the process, they had to keep checking with ourselves, and the company, what the details of the job were. Whilst happy with painting work, the wallpapering was not to the professional standard that we had expected.
