Our building and renovation services include: Design & Build; Interior Design, and Project Management. Already suited with an architect or designer? We can also provide a building-only service. Our building management team has 50+ years’ experience, including extending, converting and refurbishing homes for happy and satisfied clients. No Payment Upfront Making upfront payment to builders can sometimes be daunting. At Province Group, we pride ourselves on not taking any payments upfront or on commencement. Following this, there is a payment schedule prior to engagement of contracts which relates to each section of the project being completed and runs in parallel to timescales and fixed quotation. For larger projects, we enter into a JCT contract and all works are approved by an independent contract administrator.
