"Tony and his colleague provided an excellent service replacing several broken and slipped tiles, repairing some water damaged battens and re-seating the ridge tiles and provided some helpful details of what I should be looking to do next to improve the state of the (badly maintained) roof. He was able to provide alternate fixes to a couple of issues but also explained why one section needed the more permanent fix which I did appreciate - saving cost where it was reasonable to do so, but providing a more secure fix where it did matter on a more exposed section. Would happily use again."
