Impressive
Although Phil didn't come to the house, he provided invaluable advice which allowed us to fix a problem with our fusebox. He was very patient and supportive over the phone and furnished us with a helpful video to diagnose and resolve the problem. And there was no charge when there was clearly money to be made. I will certainly be using Phil for any future electrical work.

Professional Service
PSC Electrical are a highly professional service. We were able to ring and ask for advice in advance, book in for a specified time slot, and pay by bank transfer once an invoice had been issued. We asked them to install our new oven, swap out a couple of light switches, and install a new extractor fan for the bathroom. The work they did was high quality, and we will be using them going forwards in the future.

Two replacement ceiling light fixtures
This is the first time I have used PSC Electrical. I phoned a few options but this company stood out with efficient customer service and transparent pricing. Marshall was the installer. Great work, highly recommend
Hired for a full rewire a few months back. After them, our plasterer messed up a few things and some of our lights stopped working. PSC came out really quickly, fixed everything and only charged for the call-out fee. Highly recommend

Replacement of kitchen spotlights etc done well!
Dean done a great job replacing some blown kitchen spotlights, a wall light switch and removal of an old disused wall thermostat in my house. I was the first call of the day and he turned up on time, was polite and very courteous and tidied up neatly after the works were completed. Professional job. Would definitely use PSC Electrical again.

Great service, would recommend!
We needed an emergency call out after returning from holiday and finding an issue with our sockets and fuse box. We called PSC Electrical and they were really helpful when booking over the phone, and someone arrived within an hour or so. The electrician, Marshall, was really helpful, he fixed the issue efficiently and was clear and reassuring in explaining the problems. We would definitely recommend PSC Electrical and will be returning for future needs.

Quick quote and quick scheduling. Paid a deposit. Marshall turned up on time. He was courteous and professional and diligently set about the works agreed. Tidied up after the work and left. Mixed Experience: Friendly Service but Poor Execution.
The installer completed the installation of a solar panel system, which included panels, an inverter, a bird blocker system, and a power wall. Unfortunately, the work was riddled with issues. Initially, they quoted for 16 panels but managed to fit only 14, citing the impracticality of the original layout. While they reduced the cost of two panels in the revised quote, they overlooked deducting the associated labour costs, cables, and fixtures. The installation did not proceed smoothly. Panels were poorly aligned and lacked expansion gaps. The installer also mishandled the panels during installation, though luckily, they weren’t damaged. Additionally, the bird blocker system was ineffectively installed, leading to ongoing pigeon nesting issues. The inverter was faulty upon installation, causing over two weeks of harvested energy to be wasted by being sent to the grid rather than to the house. Only after persistent urging on my part did they address the issue, though the replacement inverter was inferior. Finally, the power wall was incompatible with the inverter, rendering the system inoperable during outages and wholly dependent on grid energy. While the team was friendly and quick to respond, including replacing the faulty inverter the post-installation monitoring was poor or non-existent, and several technical issues required my insistence to resolve.

Called PSC on a Thursday for a quote and decided to go ahead, to my surprise the work was carried out on the following day so I was really impressed by that The electrician came to my house and he was extremely professional and he certainly did a good job as he practically read my mine and installed an isolation switch that was needed but I did not know if it could be done or not as he just came to connect an extractor fan in the bathroom so expect a 100% good service if you use PSC Electrical

Efficient, quick and friendly
I had a battery installed for my solar panels, and the team were excellent. The pre-install visit was very thorough and we discussed all options and agreed on a solution; very accommodating and very good at listening to my ideas and concerns. The actual install was completed in a day, it all works perfectly, looks the business and the site was left tidy and clean like they'd never been there :-) Highly recommended.
