Highlights

"Bob fitted a new boiler and shower pump in our property. He then returned to respond to tenants' queries about the boiler. He took the time to go through things with them in detail, including demonstrating calculations on an app. When the shower pump failed, he arranged for a replacement to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I found him to be efficient, intelligent and able to sort problems with creative solutions. We would certainly use him again."
