"Called Stephen as had a leak on our pressurized water system. He arrived as promised within the hour (despite this being his day off). He then travelled out of area to obtain a spare part in order to carry out the repair. Unfortunately once fitted it was discovered another valve had failed and the part could not be replaced that day. On the following morning despite being busy, Stephen found the time to collect the part and fit it before lunch completing the repair. At all times prompt, friendly and courteous. Quick to identify problems and efficient at repairing them. Thankyou Stephen."
