When my availability changed he was happy to reschedule without any issue whatsoever. Kept in contact ahead of the job to confirm time of arrival etc. Though the job probably provided a bit more trickier than originally quoted, he did it alter the price quoted, was polite and friendly and made sure the area he was working was cleaned before he left despite being told we would do this. Will definitely use him again if we have any other jobs"
