He visited me the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the flashing. He organised everything, including the scaffolding which was put up within a matter of days by a very respectful and polite team. John arrived the next day with two roofers who were equally respectful and carried out the work over 4 hours. They discovered 15 broken tiles and replaced all of these too.
