I had my ideal Logic MAX heat H18 boiler supplied and installed at a competitive price. Luke did a great job and was friendly and knowledgeable about my heating system. He also maintained cleanliness throughout the installation process.
Had a immersion tank issue along with another leak issue. I rang a few company with varying responses like "you ned an electrician not a plumber?" huh...., called Luke at Pureflow, said he would attend the property had two issues one quite simple fixed first, then problem solved the second issue....gave me a price and solved the issue, myself and the tenant very pleased. Will keep noted as my go to plumber. 5* Thank you PUREFLOW
Luke did a variety of work for me - plumbing for a sink and dish washer, installed a gas hob, repaired a malfunctioning gas fire and removed and fitted a new radiator in a different position. His knowledge and quality of work were first class. Also Luke is a friendly, honest and splendid young man of high integrity. I will be happy to use him and his company in the future and I am more than happy to recommend him to any potential customers.
We had two toilets that needed sorting out. Luke diagnosed the problem instantly and did the job the same day. Great service!
