“Phoned Steve and he came within the hour. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Throughly checked the inside and outside of the property. Spotted signs of rats so gave great advice and put poison in place. Even advised my neighbours who were having problems. He’s coming back at the end of the week to check on any progress. Would highly recommend this company. I wouldn’t use anyone else now.”
“My dog's nose was giving indication of the presence of vermin, so I contacted QPM after reading excellent reviews. This was in the busy period before Christmas, but Steven came the same day, and left pellets in the area in question, but safely for my dog. He also looked for entry points but agreed to trust the dog's instincts, which meant getting another firm to do drain repairs. Later, Stephen returned to seal off where the rodents had chewed through the back of my cupboard under the sink and to close off a long gap at ground level. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, good price! 10/10!”
