“Ronan came out to carry out an emergency temporary repair to our roof . Just few days before Christmas following a storm the roof leaked with water coming through the dining room ceiling. Ronan came out next morning, quickly identified the problem which was cracked tiles underneath lead flashing on a dormer cheek from over zealous dressing work by an earlier set of roofers made worse by a damaged section of roofing felt. The temporay fix made us watertight over Christmas. He came back after the holidays to do a permanent fix. The team did a magnificent job and even checked the other dormer and did a repair on that one too. Very pleased with the price, professionalism of the team, respect of our property and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend.”

Ronan instantly replied to an online enquiry we made about some repairs we needed as a result of the storm. He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. The work was completed to a high standard with Ronan asking us questions throughout and ensuring that the work met our requirements. He kept in contact during the work and then ensured that materials were all cleared away afterwards. I would recommend the business to you as there were no attempts to be pushy at all and he and his team were courteous throughout.
We chose Ronan after contacting others and being disappointed. He immediately impressed us by climbing onto the roof and amking a thorough inspection rathher than walking around at ground level as others had done. The work on our big Edwardian roof, with its several lead-lined valleys, was very well done. Difficult replacements of a sky-light and an eyebrow window were managed. Ronan kept to his estimate and, although delayed a few times by weather conditions, has left us tidy and weathertight. Barry and Mo Cope

Ronan and his team were at my house within an hour of my phone call for a thorough investigation of the cause of my leaking roof. Their opinion corresponded to the opinion of the surveyor sent by my insurance company (damage wasn't covered) as did the very reasonable estimate. The work proposed and the estimate compared favourably to other estimates I received. We arranged for a mutually convenient time (a precise time, not a blocked off afternoon of waiting) and the work was completed to a very high standard. Ronan and his team are perfectionists. They did not leave until the work was completed to their satisfaction and any mess cleared away. Although the job required more materials and time than originally planned, the price on the quote was the price I payed. It was a pleasure to have them in my home as they were polite and amiable. I am very grateful for the peace of mind knowing that my home is safe and that I know who to call if I ever have any more problems. Thank you!
