“I needed a shower pump replaced as the old one packed in. I called them on the morning when I needed the work done so short notice. They sent his brother to do the work who called me in advance giving me 15min notice. Dan was very nice lad, completed the work in just over an hour. Extremely happy with the service, will use them again”
Detailed reviews
The team were very polite and came on the day at said time. They were tidy and efficient. They installed a new shower promptly and fixed my leaking radiator. However, I noticed the radiator still leaked after they left. I contacted them but it took months for them to come back, including one time when we scheduled them to come but they did not and did not notify me. Finally we were able to schedule them to come back 4 months after to look at the radiator. Unfortunately it is still leaks and I have tried to contact them to come back to look at it a third time but I cannot get any response now.
