“Couldn’t ask for a better job to be done. The work carried at was fab, Ryan showed up on time was enthusiastic and showed great knowledge and understanding. I was abit unsure of what actually needed to be done and how big of a job it was going to be but Ryan reassured me and took me through it step by step and what a great job he has done. Ryan visited our home to measure up and give us a quote for work, he sent a quote via message and we agreed he would start work on Oct 1st to replace decking area with new patio area with sleepers and stone. My husband removed old decking ( so no access to our front door) I messaged, phoned near the date to see what time he would arrive. He didn’t answer any of my texts or calls. This has left us in a real mess and is completely unacceptable to not turn up or return calls. Please remove him from Checkatrade immediately.
