Went off to get a couple of tiles , replaced two broken tiles and was finished. A brilliant fair job done, no attempt to up sell or anything, cannot recommend him enough. Use him. “I cannot recommend R Hayes Roofing highly enough. Having an old and defective roof that needed replacing quite urgently, R Hayes Roofing was a stand out from all the companies we considered using for the works and we are so happy we chose to go with them. Rob assessed the job on the same day we initially contacted him, showed us samples of the materials he proposed using, answered all our questions with his expert knowledge and provided a quotation the very next day. The thing that really impressed us was Rob’s handling of the work in its entirety including arranging scaffolding, purchase and delivery of all roofing materials and waste removal. From day one, Rob and Brandon were outstanding. They ensured the roof was weatherproof at all times. The finished roof looks amazing and will definitely add significant value to our property. Every aspect of the tiling, mortaring, valleys and lead work is perfection delivered by two great craftsmen with real pride in their work.”

Rob came round and inspected my damaged roof, and agreed a time and date to carry out the works, Rob arrived at the time agreed, very punctual . during the repair work, Rob had taken photos of the damaged roof while working on the area. which gave me confidence in his professional service. at the finish of the repairs, he showed me photos of the completed roof repairs. nothing was to much trouble for him, I will certainly get him back to carry out further. works for me in the future. In this day and age it is nice to be able to rely on a excellent tradesman. great job Rob, Top draw tradesman. Many Thanks Ken.
I would highly recommend Rob to anyone needing roofing work done. He is extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much effort. He was happy to do a few extra jobs for me (new vents, cleaning etc) whilst the scaffolding was up. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is exceptional. It is obvious that he takes great pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of the finished job. I am very happy with my new roof and it was a pleasure to meet Rob.
Would definitely recommend Rob Hayes. Met all requirements of the task along with having good customer relationship skills. Thanks again.

Rob and the team did a quality job replacing our tiles and flat roofs as part of a house renovation. Professional, friendly and tidy start to finish. Recommended 100%! Thank you.
Rob Hayes was fantastic replacing our entire roof for us. We needed to have the felt lining replaced on the inside of the house, but this was not far off the cost of replacing the entire roof anyway, and picked Rob from word-of-mouth recommendation for our neighbours. Our work had additional complexity and needed preparation ahead of time to remove a solar panel. We were able to quickly and reliably arrange scaffolding to arrive early for another company to perform the work, before the roof was replaced. The job he's done for us is nothing short of excellent, and he was very kind to follow up with us when we had a few other bits to check up in his own time over the weekend. I would recommend and trust Rob Hayes and his team for any roofing job you have. Thanks Rob!

We finally decided that it was time to have our roof replaced due to various leaks and gutter issues and Rob came highly recommended by a number of people in the area. We found his quote to be very reasonable and he discussed a couple of options with us before we accepted. Rob was very punctual and started the job when he said he would and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Rob was a really nice, polite, tidy and knowledgable person and we are really pleased that we chose him to complete the work. The new roof looks great, has been finished to a really high standard and we couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Rob. He would be the first person I would contact if I ever needed roofing services again in future and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
Our roof was badly in need of fixing. Rob replaced the old roof with new while also fixing our gable end and adding new guttering to the back. He also ensured our extension roof was up to standard to prevent any leaks there. Rob was polite and turned up early each day and got on with the job. We were shielding at the time and he was very understanding of our concerns, keeping social distance and never having to enter the property. He arranged for scaffolding to be put up and taken down with little fuss, and repaired a roof tile damaged by the scaffolding. He also cleaned up other parts of the roof and the fascias and soffits. He wasn't the cheapest quote but can vouch for the standard of work and reliability. Would definitely recommend and use again, although hopefully that won't be necessary with our new roof! The work was carried out and completed within the timescales advised and to an extremely high standard. All debris/mess was cleared up and Rob even cleaned all the moss that had accumulated off the roof. Very satisfied and would not hesitate in recommending him.
I had two leaks on a roof. Rob got to the root of the issue quickly and was able to recommend the best course of action to avoid further leaks. He has been totally transparent in his analysis and it is clear he takes great pride in his work and achieving the best outcome. He has great interpersonal skills and is very easy to deal with. He has absolutely the right attitude when it comes to dealing with roof issues. Problems cannot always be rectified immediately and he is more than happy to return however often to ensure the issue is solved. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Very friendly, obliging and helpful person and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. He did the gable end on the house, which had started to crumble and made an excellent job of it as well as securing a ridge tile which had become loose. Would certainly recommend.
