"Firm delivering new cooker did not have disconnection/installation service and gave very short notice (2 days) for delivery of new cooker, on a Saturday. At equally short notice, Rob came out on the Friday night to disconnect our old cooker and then came back the next day (Saturday) to install the new one, to all appropriate regs and to a high standard of professionalism. Thanks Rob for fitting us in with very little notice and over a weekend."
