Professional and nice
RSJ Security Services upgraded our existing house intruder alarm system. Their advise on the best solution was good and their estimate accurate. In the end, some components did not need to be replaced and we were not charged for those. Steve was effective, professional and courteous in all communication as well as when he was working in our house.
Very efficient installation
From the first visit to estimate costs/problems of installation,you could tell that Steve Slade knew his business,and the quotation following was full of comprehensive information,matching what Steve had explained. The quotation costs were reasonable and installation took place a short while later. Time taken was only a few hours and then we received a full explanation of how the Alarm System worked plus written instructions. We could not have asked for a better job done-overall extremely satisfied.

Superb, family run alarm company.
We have used RSJ again after our move and as before, the service and knowledge has been brilliant. Steve fitted us a very simple but comprehensive system. We have had no issues. Only once it needed resetting and Steve was straight away on the other end of the phone to help me reset it with easy and clear instructions. Such a different experience from dealing with a huge call centre as we did pre RSJ. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this brilliant family run business.

Contacted RSJ Security Systems for a quotation to install a new intruder alarm and was very pleased with the quotation and accepted. Steve attended the property and installed the system and was very polite and clean in all respects. Steve explained the operations of the system very clearly and left the premises with the alarm fully operational and up until now, we have not experienced any problems, not like the previous ADT system that we had installed, where we had encountered endless problems with the system, where you could not arm, as it would alarm cause endless problems. We had to change our wifi router and Steve attended to ensure that the system was fully operational We highly recommend RSJ Security Systems Ltd, if you are thinking of installing or upgrading your intruder alarm system
Fitting of house alarm system
First rate installation carried out by Steve. Very helpful and efficient. Sorted out a couple of minor problems, both with a further visit and over the phone. Went the extra mile to install an additional piece of kit that I supplied at no extra cost. Kept in touch to make sure all was well after the installation.
A First Class Installation
RSJ Security Systems (Steve, Brandon and Gary) advised and fitted a six camera CCTV system covering my house, garage and garden. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The installation process was neat, tidy and highly efficient and the CCTV picture quality and area coverage is excellent. Most important, however, was the time and effort taken by Steve to explain the system and show us, step by step, how to access and view the App. We have a first class product and I have no hesitation in recommending this first class team.

RSJ have been looking after our home alarm for years and that of our neighbour too. The team are very professional and always have a solution to any problems. Steve especially is calm and totally unflappable, unlike me. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always outstanding. As a sign of the times, we needed CCTV installing and Steve and Brandon came over to fit the system. They guided us through the type of cameras and the set up and where to put them. The installation was quick and very efficient. Every question was answered and they took time to show us how the system worked. We also know that the team are at the end of the phone if we have any issues. Cannot praise them enough.
Excellent care
We recently moved into a new house that had a system in place. When we called asking for a quote, Steve came around to give us a thorough no-obligation quote and never hassled us after providing us with a very competitive quotation as we took our time to review options. Once we decided to proceed with RSJ Security Systems, they were flexible with our diaries and got our system installed (having tidily removed the old system we had inherited). They left the place fairly tidy and were happy to answer my questions even after they had left.
Efficient CCTV installation
I am very pleased with the CCTV installation at my property by RSJ Security Systems Ltd. Steve responded promptly to my request for an initial site survey, providing helpful advice and information about the system. The installation itself by Steve and Brandon was very professional and well-organised throughout. They are an efficient team, knowledgeable about the equipment and maintained good communication.
Reinstate Security System
We had an old security system which needed to be reinstated. Steve gave very sensible advice about updating it, whilst retaining the wiring and adding elements to make the property secure. Everything was carefully checked and efficiently installed. Steve took time taken to show how the system works, including on smartphone. Very helpful and polite throughout. Ongoing vfm service available. No hesitation in recommending.
Replacement of the Dinosaur
We needed to replace our original 1987 alarm system with something up to date and efficient. The service and advice we received from RSJ were outstanding. Excellent communication between us all meant the job was exactly what we wanted. Many options offered. Also agreed on an annual maintenance package for peace of mind.

Expertly done
Steve and team installed an alarm & renewed some old CCTV with latest technology. They were competitively priced & very knowledgeable. The install was clean & tidy with everything up and running quickly. An issue with faulty equipment was quickly solved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Reliable, totally trustworthy, very hardworking
Back in October 2018, I went onto the Which Trusted trader website to find a new security company who installs CCTV systems. Steve, Ron, and Brandon visited my property to quote for 5 dome cameras plus monitor and new NVR box. The new system is absolutely great. I did have a previous system which had so many faults fitted by a different company, I then decided to change to RSJ Security. I cannot fault their quality of work, customer services is excellent if you need to chat to them about any concerns Ron, Steve, and Brandon are a great team to have, they will explain everything to you in layman's terms. Most important the costs are very reasonable indeed. I definitely recommend RSJ Security Systems Limited.

The products are top quality, and the installation and set-up was carried out without any issues by highly knowledgeable technicians who explained all the options before carrying out the work.
