Rob came bang on time and replaced our old radiator valves with Drayton TRV4's. His price was competitive and he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Bob did a great job in fixing my kitchen sink. He made sure to test that everything was working before leaving and he also followed up a couple of days after to check that everything was in order. I would highly recommend him.

We had been dealing with a horrible, persistent smell in our house for weeks— it was awful and getting worse every day. We had multiple plumbers look at it, but no one could figure out the source or fix it. It was driving us crazy! Then we called Bob, and from the very first phone call, he was calm, knowledgeable, and confident he could help. He came out the same day, did a thorough inspection, and within minutes pinpointed the exact cause (a hidden issue in the drain line that no one else had spotted). He explained everything clearly, got straight to work, and completely resolved the problem quickly and cleanly. Bob was extremely professional from start to finish—polite, respectful of our home, left everything spotless, and charged a fair price for such expert work. The house finally smells fresh again, and we can't thank him enough.I would highly recommend Bob without hesitation. If you're having any plumbing issues (especially tricky ones), call him—you won't be disappointed.

Booked this trader to carry out simply plumbing job on my water tank to stop leak from overflow onto outside wall. He arrived and quoted for a specific job and charged £220.00, I paid him and then he changed the job to something different that had no bearing on the cause of leak and the leak is growing. I would not recommend this tradesman because I do not feel that he delivers a honest level of service.
I would thoroughly recommend Bob for any plumbing requirements - he was incredibly helpful, thoroughly reliable and extremely tidy. He replaced a sink tap and a waste in my mum’s flat and was a pleasure to deal with.

Discovered a leak from my toilet, found Bob on trust a trader and due to the number of positive reviews he had I rang him first thing. I explained the issue and Bob was round by lunchtime, he contacted me with an ETA and was true to his word. Our bathroom was only fitted at the end of September and when he took a look he noticed it hadn’t been plumbed in correctly. He rectified the leak and plumbed it in correctly. His rate was very reasonable and the work was so good you wouldn’t have known he was there. I would definitely recommend him.

Came to replace our dated and damaged kitchen pipes and kitchen tap. From start to finish Bob was super professional, on time and friendly. I would 100% recommend Bob to others and will definitely call on him again for any future plumbing issues.

I phoned Bob & told him my requirements , to fix a broken bathroom sink drainage unit & pipework , plus a broken toilet flush . I could not send him an image as I do not have a smart phone ! I told him it was an avacado green bathroom suite from the 1970s to which we both laughed & he said he had worked on such classic designs before . He was very polite, professional & friendly . The sink & flush are working perfectly & he left the bathroom tidier than when he entered it . I wish him all the best 1 ent

My old Syphon flusher (30yr old) was way past it's best. Guests and visitors found it difficult to flush, there was a nack to making it work. This could be embarrassing as you can imagine. Spoke to Rob when he was here replacing my cold water loft tank last week and he had a look.. Asked him this week to replace with a new one. As before a perfect gentleman, was on time and his work was exemplary. Now we have a perfect flushing toilet that will cause no more red faces from visitors. Cheers mate.
