The quality of their work and approach to each part of it is very professional. Rick kept us informed every step of the way and completely transparent with costs. They were always a pleasure to have on site. Always an important thing for me is approach to a problem; when we did have something that needed redoing (inevitable on a big job), Rick did not hesitate to sort it fully.
