From the first call to end, Ollie was professional throughout, listened tentatively to our every request and offered advice where needed. Clearly experienced and contactable always, if we had proceeded, Ollie’s consistency and flexibility gave me enough confidence to believe the work would have been carried out thoroughly and to perfection, until satisfied. (Proposed work removal of 2 internal walls, kitchen refit) I”
