The ceiling started to leak in places and some plastic cove covers keep coming off this was reported mid 2024 where someone came out and we didnt hear anymore. I chased this up in June 2025 as we moved in christmas 2024 and Found there were very bad leaks. Ben agreed to send out team to seal the windows after i sent pictures but since i have had no reply or anyone contact to rectify. Even after sending emails & messages."
