Jignesh confidently diagnosed the cause, but also took time to fully explain how the various symptoms all helped to pinpoint it, so that I too could fully understand the root cause and options to resolve it. I’m sure many engineers would have simply told me to replace the entire boiler, but I wanted to avoid that, and Jignesh was far more interested in helping than selling a new boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending Ramki.”

So the boiler broke down in my property, tenants annoyed, they came around next day and had a look. Said boiler was not fixable. I sort of knew it was on it's last legs though. They then sent a more experienced plumber around who confirmed it was going to cost a lot to fix (multiple leaks). They then sent a quote that evening with a few options (I wanted a good boiler) and then arrange to fix it the following week by moving some jobs around. Fitted and installed in one day, happy tenants. Probably more expensive than some places but less stress, hassle and wasted time. You get what you pay for.
