Unfortunately, after John has agreed to work on my driveway, he has left me waiting for a week to hear from him regarding a quote for the job (provided he promised to get in touch within a couple of days). I had to contact him again for a quote, and again, a failed promise to send one on the same day. John did not keep to his promise and wasted my time. I would have preferred to know if he was not interested in the job rather than to leave me hanging. Poor customer service.
