Rik was great at giving advice and pointers throughout the build which was very helpful and appreciated. Rik kept us informed all way through our project. Budgets defined clearly and stuck to, and additional costs clearly explained and checked with us. Rik was very punctual, courteous, clean, tidy and respectful of our property. I would not hesitate in recommending RC Building Services.”
“Rik and the team worked diligently in all weathers, delivering a wrap-around extension with large decking area of the highest quality. What was particularly great was their ability to tackle bespoke and unusual building materials such as yakisugi (shou sugi ban) charred Japanese external cladding, which they finished to an excellent standard. Schedule of works was very clear from the outset and weekly updates on what to expect in terms of completed tasks and any unexpected costs each week was both realistic and clear. If you want a top quality finish to your project, look no further.”
