"Phoned Adam and explained the problem, he had an idea of what it might be. Booked in for 3 days later. Turned up on time with phone call before hand to say he was on his way. Took bath panel off and confirmed it was as he said the builders putting a temperature restricted device underneath the bath. Removed the device. All sorted in about ban hour. Bathroom left as tidy as he found it and bath tap runs piping hot water now . Can’t recommend highly enough."
