"Red Eagle was amazing from start to finish. I was told by thames water that I have a leak because of high water usage. Milan from Red Eagle arrived a few days later on time agreed and carried out very thorough test to help narrow down the leak location. Milan also used his thermal camera to scan the ground floor and found the leak with the thermal camera. Milan made access and carefully removed the tile without breaking it and found the leak, repaired it and gave advice on further works. Also helped me deal with the insurance claim by proving a detailed report."
