Reliable Builders undertook a full house refurbishment including loft conversion at my mid terraced house. The works included full strip out, structural modifications, carpentry and plastering. Alex and his team were extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Attention to detail was excellent under very little supervision. We were very pleased with the finished product and would most definitely recommend their services.

Alex and his team undertook a full back to brick refurb including a basement conversion and L-dormer construction on my property. Alex?s expertise was invaluable during the planning phase, helping me understand the sequence of works before starting. Once on site, him and the team were punctual, tidy and efficient. They were all easy to work with and Alex/ Costa were great in keeping me updated about progress and any unforeseen issues which they always had a solution for. Their in-depth knowledge of construction and personable attitudes made it a genuine pleasure to work with them - no hesitation in recommending them for big or small jobs whatsoever.

Reliable builders gutted a house for us and renovated to a high standard. Alex and team are trustworthy, hardworking and knowledgeable. They are my go to builders for small and large jobs. I recommend them to all my friends.

I hired Alex and his team to build a bathroom downstairs as an extension to my house. Alex is reliable and professional. His team are punctual and extremely hard working. We encountered a few unforeseeable snags once building work commenced, this meant the job took much longer than originally planned. With that said all issues were dealt with thoroughly and meticulously in order to make sure the entire job was finished professionally and adhering to all required regulations. I am delighted with the end result and would recommend Alex and his team without hesitation.

Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and efficient with a problem solving approach. I am very happy with the quality of the work. Main components were kitchen and bathroom refurb, new bespoke hardwood front and back doors and new stone patio. Already recommending to friends.

Alex gave us a competitive quote and indeed was willing to take on work others weren't keen to do (sorting out a previously botched job). He was knowledgeable, personable and straightforward to deal with and we liked the team of builders very much. Friendly but not intrusive bearing in mind we both work from home. Very good finish. There were invariably extras but it was always clear why and what we were paying for (buildings regs compliance). Some things were thrown in. The snagging has been completed and we've moved into the space. We're about to ask him to quote for another big job.

Can’t rate Reliable Builders any higher. Put simply they did what they say they would do, to a high standard, and with great care for our house and our family. We had an extension to expand our kitchen and dining room and add a utility and downstairs bathroom. Alex quoted us a really good price, started quickly, and worked with us throughout to make the new rooms amazing. Even our neighbours have been round to compliment the quality of the extension and in particular the brickwork. Can’t thank Alex and his team enough and they are top of the list for any future work we need.
