"I had an emergency at my flat, the bath had started to drop and upon inspection the whole floor had rotted away along with a substantial amount of the walls in both corners of the bathroom. Remi came in the next day and managed to gut all the rotted parts, re build the floor and fit the new bath so the tenant was able to use it that same day staying late to get it done. He then finished the work the next day and even also installed waste and water for a washing machine adjacent to the bathroom. Remi saved the day for me and the tenant."
