The project entailed stripping out the original bathroom fittings; repairing damaged flooring and joists; fabricating a vanity unit for the washbasin; tidying up underfloor plumbing installing a new shower tray, glass panels, new wc, and washbasin; laying new flooring and coverings, and cleaning up on a daily basis. "Janis was excellent from quote to finish. He took his time to understand the vision, measure and provide a quote which was close to the final price. Renovating a 1950s semi-detached that needs some TLC brought some unforseen issues but he communicated these clearly and nothing was ever too much trouble, including work on the roof that I knew about but had been quoted much moreto rectify! His attention to detail is first class, he communicated his availability over the course, arrived on time every day and was tidy. Just make sure you have plenty of coffee as he likes a double scoop!"
