Paul is easy to work with, has an affable personality, and was always willing to listen to ideas and also suggest improvements as the project progressed. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I knew where I was at all times, and I can highly recommend Paul and his team. Renovation Plus will be our first choice should we require any future building work.......Big or small!!”
“Arrangements were made with Paul by text & phone to turn up to look at the job, but he didn't show up. Paul did text nearly 12 hours later to apologise for the no show and again a day or so later, to offer to pop in as he was in the area. I also had a couple of missed calls from Paul's number following the texts. I had arranged with my employer to arrive late that morning, to accommodate our arrangement. All it took was a phone call to let me know that the appointment couldn't be kept, we could have re-arranged & I could have gone to work. I'm not chasing tradepeople, I'll just look elsewhere”
