Reputable Roofing

I’m so disappointed to have to leave a review like this. I’ve been trying to get Matt to come back and have a look for 5 weeks but he’s not answering my texts or calls. Matt seemed to do a good job and despite a crack or two even after repairing roof, Matt reassured me we had 15 year guarantee and it would be fine. After less than 6 months, fibreglass overcoat is starting to peel and let water in. I realise no job is perfect and people are busy but would not recommend based on after care sadly.

We were very pleased with the roofing and guttering work undertaken by Reputable Roofing. On his initial visit to do a quote Matt spent a lot of time explaining what he thought needed to be done and going through the various options. He was very clear and informative. The work was carried out (and the scaffolding removed) on time, just before Christmas, despite challenging weather conditions. Matt and his team were friendly and respectful - it was easy having them around for a few days. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to to friends.
