Restoration Roofing

I needed a roof inspection done quickly having been let down by another trade. James completed the inspection and provided the report within 24 hours. Excellent communication and delivered on his promise.

Initially James' customer service was very good ( Oct 2022) ,responsive & polite and job completed quickly. The roof was repaired and a 30 year guarantee was reassuring. It started leaking in Sept 23, James took some time to reply but eventually came out and added some more flashing. It started leaking again in Feb 24 and it took until May 24 after multiple texts, and voice messages for James to come back to me. He asked for a video as proof after which his tone became rude and unprofessional. I sent a 2nd video which he has not replied to and he has not returned any of my calls since.

James was very professional, polite and friendly. He explained in detail what work needed to be done and carried it out with the utmost efficiency. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would definitely recommend his services as the first port of call for anyone needing roofing work. Thank you James.
